Meet the Staff

Raymond Dandrea D.C.
Dr. Raymond Dandrea, originally from Boonton, NJ, earned his doctorate of Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West (LCCW) in Hayward, California. In addition, Dr Dandrea is a 1999 graduate of Richard Stockton State College, from which he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art with a minor in Chemistry. Dr. Dandrea specializes in Chiropractic Biophysics Technique (CBP), otherwise known as Clinical Biomechanics of Posture, and is one of the only certified distinguished fellows in Thurston County.  Dr. Dandrea has always been passionate in finding ways to enrich the everyday living experience and motivate his surrounding community towards living happier and healthier lives. Dr. Dandrea enjoys surfing, poker, playing guitar, the outdoors, and spending time with his family and friends.

Meisha Dandrea D.C.
Dr. Meisha Dandrea, originally from Olympia, WA, is a 2004 graduate of Life Chiropractic College West (LCCW) in Hayward, California, where she earned her doctorate of Chiropractic.  Dr. Meisha specializes in many different forms of chiropractic including Gonstead, Diversified, and Toggle recoil.  She especially enjoys working with children and pregnant mothers.

Mark Simmonds D.C.
Originally from Olympia, Dr. Mark Simmonds graduated from Sherman College of Chiropractic in 2011. Doctor Mark specializes in Chiropractic Biophysics but includes a variety of techniques including Diversified, Gonstead, Pierce, and Toggle Recoil. He enjoys spending time on the water, camping, sports, and most importantly spending time with family, friends, and his dog Eddie.

Melissa Shafer LMP
Melissa Shafer graduated from Bodymechanics School of Myotherapy and Massage in
2001. While experienced in many modalities of massage, the heart of her work
always leads back to injury treatment and deep tissue work. Her practice isn't
just about "fixing the problem" but is focused on wellness, preventative care and
maintenance. In the spirit of living in the moment, Melissa is focused on healing
while at work and gives her time off the same attention. She enjoys the outdoors,
camping and hiking, reading, exercise and sharing adventures with her son and
boyfriend.

Carrie Jurgens LMP
Carrie Jurgens graduated from Ashmead College in 2007. She believes that massage can be beneficial in many different ways. Her goal is to listen to your needs and customize a massage to those needs. Whether you need deep medical treatment or deep relaxation Carrie is happy to help. She loves what she does and is so thankful to be able to help you toward a healthier, happier life! In her free time Carrie enjoys family outings with her husband and daughter, watching movies, and spending time with her family and friends.

Pamela Lepley
Pamela joined Dandrea Chiropractic and Massage as a Chiropractic Assistant in March 2012 after moving from Kitsap County.  She has been active in Holistic Healthcare her entire life and is currently a Reiki Master.  She brings a unique perspective and a clear understanding of the mind/body/spirit connection.  Her passions include being outdoors, motorcycles, and crafting. During her free time, she enjoys strengthening the bond between dogs and their humans, and can often be seen educating them both!
